Quote Requests and Estimates

Submitting a quote request does not create a service contract or guarantee availability. Prices shown or discussed before an inspection are estimates and may change based on property size, condition, accessibility, requested services, or additional work.

The final approved estimate or service agreement will control the scope, price, and specific terms of any exterior-cleaning service.

Our Services

Kingdom Exterior Solutions LLC may provide services including house washing, concrete cleaning, gutter cleaning, commercial exterior cleaning, and related exterior-cleaning services.

Service results depend on the surface’s age, condition, material, prior treatment, staining, and other circumstances. We cannot guarantee the complete removal of every stain, discoloration, oxidation mark, or permanently embedded substance.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

● Provide accurate property and contact information

● Confirm that they own the property or are authorized to approve the work

● Provide reasonable access to the work areas and agreed utilities

● Identify known leaks, damage, loose materials, delicate surfaces, electrical concerns, or other hazards

● Secure pets, vehicles, outdoor furniture, decorations, and personal property when requested

● Follow reasonable preparation instructions provided before service

Scheduling and Weather

Appointments may be delayed or rescheduled because of weather, unsafe conditions, equipment problems, property-access issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of scheduling changes.

Any cancellation, deposit, or rescheduling requirements included in an approved estimate or service agreement will apply.

Property Conditions and Risk

Exterior-cleaning services may reveal pre-existing deterioration, oxidation, fading, loose paint, damaged siding, failing seals, leaks, cracks, or other conditions that were not previously visible.

Kingdom Exterior Solutions LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, ordinary wear, undisclosed defects, or damage resulting from a customer’s failure to follow preparation instructions. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Payment

Payment terms, accepted payment methods, deposits, and due dates will be stated in the customer’s estimate, invoice, or service agreement. Customers are responsible for approved charges and applicable taxes.

Text-Message Terms

If you voluntarily provide consent, Kingdom Exterior Solutions LLC may send service-related text messages concerning quote requests, appointment scheduling, reminders, and service updates.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out. After an opt-out request, you may receive one final confirmation message. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing services. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell or share mobile information, text-message consent, or opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
